The creative brief of this design project consisted of researching a local business in Winnipeg in need of a visual refresh of their current brand identity and expressions.
The objectives included successfully re-designing the brand’s logo, as well as creating multiple new expressions.
For this project, Club 200 was chosen - a local queer bar. Infamously known as an iconic queer space in the city, Club 200 has made a name for themselves by standing their ground for many years, and proudly embracing the local 2SLGBTQ+ community.
For the new logo, a colourful, yet refined look was created to give the brand a more youthful feel, while continuing to stay appealing to their mature audience.
